On the eve of the tenth anniversary of the death of St. John Paul II and the first anniversary of the new exhibition opening, the Museum has presented its first book published. „Unforgettable” by Włodzimierz Rędzioch under the guidance of the deputy director of the museum, Mr. Michał Jakubczyk. The book has been published by the Publishing House Rafael.

Two press presentation of the book have been organized:

• On March 26th, at the Metropolitan Curia of Cracow, with the participation of Cardinal Stanisław Dziwisz, Rev. dr. Bogusław Steczek – translator and book reviewer, Rev. dr. Dariusz Ras and with the participation of the author – Włodzimierz Redzioch. The participants had the opportunity to talk with people with whom W. Rędzioch had conducted a thorough discussion on John Paul II and whose considerations had then been placed in the „Unforgettable”. Among the guests, there were present, among others, Prof. Andrzej Półtawski and Mr. Stanisław and Mrs. Ludmiła Grygiel.
• On March 27th at the Headquarters of the Secretariat of the Polish Episcopal Conference in Warsaw, organized in collaboration with the Catholic Press Agency in Warsaw.

The book contains a collection of 22 interviews with St. John Paul II’s friends and closest collaborators, including an interview with Pope Benedict XVI.
