On November 4, the exhibition „The sky is reflected in their eyes” took place. The saints of the John Paul II’s native land in the iconography of the priest Wacław Piszczek CM. The exhibition was organized on the occasion of Karol Wojtyla’s name day and on the 40th anniversary of his election to the Chair of Peter.

After the solemn opening of the exhibition by the museum’s director, the rev. dr. Jacek Pietruszka, we could listen to the artist’s speech on his work and on the context in which the presented works were created. 5Among the guests there were, among others: rev. prof. Józef Krzywda and a professor of the Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow, Karol Badyna.

The exhibition will be made available to the public for free from November 5 to 30.
